The Spot has decided to host a Turning Point USA meeting on Nov 18th. This is an activist non profit KNOWN for their promotion of racist, homophobic, sexist, and outright violent rhetoric! It’s horrifying that anyone would facilitate this in our community, much less a “Latin fusion” place. The food also sucks. Don’t go there!
So much potential! My friends and I decided to drive an hour to try this restaurant that seemed so fun and all the food looked delicious online. However, our waitress was awful, rude, no customer service. She insisted that due to it being an “event night” we automatically were going to experience a longer wait time. I was really hopeful and excited to see a new restaurant coming to Americus but unfortunately it appears from the posts on their page that they are extremely woke. This is a small town with small town, Christian values. I’ll bet anything that this does not last. We Americus citizens don’t want anything to do with woke propaganda. Go to Atlanta. You would be better welcomed there with the misfits. I will never support any business that celebrates “pride”
