Somebody decided to accept my order on Uber eats then leave. When my driver got there the store was closed even tho it was 8:45 when I ordered and they close at 10. They accepted it and we waited for an hour before our 3rd Uber driver told us what was happening. We called the store also and no one answered. We had to go through Uber to get a refund. I will be contacting them in the morning.
This was my first time at this KFC location. I ordered my food on the app and went inside the restaurant around my specified pickup time. I stood inside the lobby for at least 5 minutes, and I was not acknowledged or spoke to by an employee. The employees did not know if I had placed a mobile order or not, and despite eye contact, they pretended I was not there. This KFC IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST WE WERE IN LINE FOR 25 MINS . THE LINE NEVER MOVED. THEY WERE PROBABLY HOPING WE WOULD LEAVE. FINALLY A BOOMING VOICE CAME OVER THE INTERCOM TO GREET THE GUY AHEAD OF US. AFTER ALL THAT WAITING NO APOLOGY OR NOTHING. PISS POOR SERVICE. AND THEN THE LADY WAS CURSING OVER THE INTERCOM AND YELLING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
