my friend and I ate lunch today. we took advantage of their Chicken Little deal.2 for 3 dollars. they were delicious, we both got the crispy ones. the potatoes wedges were hot nice and crispy . The slaw tasted fresh and crispy. not too wet. staff were friendly and the place clean. only complaint the ac was on and it was too chilly.

KFC offers good food, especially when the items are available. However, there are issues with service, including slow wait times and incorrect orders. Customers have noted that sometimes there is not enough chicken ready, and the restaurant could use updates. Despite these challenges, the drive-through service is noted as great, and the manager is apologetic about the problems. Overall, KFC remains a popular choice for tasty meals but needs to improve its service consistency.
