The food is so good here, but the service is terrible. I live about 2 blocks away and order delivery and takeout from here often, but even the seemingly simplest order (wings and fries) takes at least 45 minutes to make. My order might arrive half missing... you never know! If I do Uber Eats, I always have at least 1 driver cancel because the wait is so long, even at odd hours when they cant possibly be that busy. And then the second driver complains about their wait as well....read full review
