“Ate hear recently during a lunch rush (wasn't paying attention to the time), and the staff moved pretty promptly to get people's orders in and taken care of.

While the line is bent weirdly (you place your order on one end of a long counter, getting your food on the other end, but the line forms where you pick up your food), the wait wasn't long and the staff were helpful when I customized what I wanted.

There was a decent amount of seating and staff were keeping the area clean and tidy.

All in all, if you want Arby's, this is a good Arby's to eat Arby's.“

She greeted us like we were old friends—her positivity was *exactly* the sunshine we needed to turn our day around.

Not only did she make our order seamless (shoutout to that crispy, flavor-packed fish sandwich!), but her infectious laugh and genuine warmth felt like a hug through the speaker. And just when we thought it couldn’t get better… **Marcel** came sprinting out with my mom’s forgotten apple turnover before we could even realize it was missing! His quick thinking and hustle? *Chef’s kiss.*

“Shakenna was such a beautiful person to order from! I have to order a lot of fast food right now due to just being in remission from cancer (yay!, but also boo). It's hard to cook for myself and have motivation to do much. I finally went through the drive through vs. Ordering through doordash and she was a saint!! This wasn't the first time she has served me either. Any time I come here, she just radiates happiness. I can't put my finger on it, but she's great. You all are lucky to have her. “Here for the 55th Delta Sigma Theta National Convention. While many of the shops in the CNN closed early. Arby’s is open, as a team of two, they have excelled give the crowd. Very professional and amazing customer service. Whomever the Manager of this location is should surely celebrate the staff.“

“Well the food court is old but so is the airport. And the sandwich didn't look like the one on the poster and looked like someone had sat on it however it tasted really good. And the curly fries were lovely. Service was ok too. So all in all for what it is, on.ky visit it was actually pretty good.“
