We waited 20 minutes for a pretzel dog! We thought the cook was doing his job, making more pretzel dogs because they just ran out but that wasn't the case. He was chatting with other customers, and making other food to have on hand then finally asked the cashier why we were still standing there. He then realized he needed to put in my dogs. A customer who had already been by once came back for their cinnamon bites. She walks up looks at us and says "are you guys still waiting?"...read full review
