Aviva by Kameel Midtown Reviews
This was one of the best places as a whole that I’ve ever been to! This includes across the entire US, Europe and Central America! I’d recommend everything g, but the soup was to die for!
The staff and especially Kameel are amazing as well. A sign inside says “we love you,” and Kameel can be seen telling his customers he loves them as he fist bumps! It’s such a warm and inviting atmosphere! Everyone should make a stop here regularly! I wish I was a local because...read full review
Food was the best and service was out of the world. Chef Kameel is extremely hospitable, down to earth and care about his customers. Everything was delicious including Shawarma, hummus, baba ghanoush, taboulih, and baklavas.

My husband & I’s flight was delayed for 6 hours and the owner, his staff and the food made our travel frustrations so much better! The portion sizes were perfect and the food was so fresh and healthy. The owner and his staff were so friendly and welcoming as well! We would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if you are looking for somewhere to eat in Atlanta.

Aviva by Kameel Midtown is a popular spot offering hearty Middle Eastern cuisine in a comfortable, casual setting. Located in a food court with indoor and outdoor dining, it is known for its delicious food, generous portions, and friendly atmosphere. The menu is small but features standout dishes like rosemary chicken, which is fragrant, tender, and perfectly seasoned with crispy skin. Many customers praise the falafel, which has a crispy exterior and soft interior, making it flavorful and enjoyable. Homemade baba ghanoush and hummus add to the appeal, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, ensuring a good experience. The chicken shawarma plate with lentils & cabbage slaw is often described as flavorful and filling, frequently accompanied by free extras like falafel or soup. The restaurant is especially busy during lunch, with lines forming, and parking can be challenging, although parking reimbursement at the CODA garage is available, but validations may run out during peak hours. Despite this, the food's flavor, portion size, and quality make it worth returning for. The service is consistently high, and many customers feel the restaurant provides excellent value, standing out in a busy Atlanta food scene. The cozy environment, combined with good service, makes Aviva Midtown a favorite for those seeking hearty Middle Eastern dishes.
