Based on reviews, Hikaru Ramen & Buffalo Wings is a favorite spot for lunch. The shio ramen is excellent, but the miso ramen is a favorite. The katsu curry really hits the spot. The tonkatsu or chicken katsu rice is the best ever had besides homemade. The fried cutlet is perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. The marinated egg with the spicy tonkotsu was amazing, with a perfect spice level, tender pork, and noodles with amazing flavor. The veggie spring rolls have a flaky wrap and great crunch. The restaurant is run by two brothers with great service and customer service. One location voided an accidental order. The ambiance was quiet due to weather. It is great for a casual lunch with walkable surroundings.
