Hikaru Ramen serves really good ramen, including spicy tonkotsu ramen, spicy chicken ramen, and a vegetarian creamy ramen. The food is fantastic, comforting, and tasty with rich broth, generous toppings, and perfect spice levels. The pork is tender and the noodles have amazing flavor and perfect texture. Fried items like the cutlet, gyoza, and shrimp katsu are super crispy and delicious. Appetizers like veggie spring rolls have a flaky wrap and a great crunch. The marinated egg is amazing.
