BRASH Coffee Reviews
This is as terrible establishment that treats their customers like trash. Not sure if it was due to the color of my skin or what.
Their employee who I have video proof of was on a complete power trip. I will be contacting someone in their office regarding this. Closing time is at 5pm. I was made aware that they were going to close within 10 minutes. I am in the middle of having a zoom meeting and told her that’s fine my meeting should be over around that time. So I used to love Brash. We went all the time. Then Covid hit and we couldn’t visit so we were thrilled to find that they now offer a subscription service. We got a few weeks of great coffee and then one of our shipments ($23 of coffee!!) got lost (not their fault, post office woes) and we tried for weeks to contact them and get a replacement or even talk to someone about it. BRASH Coffee is a popular coffee shop located in the area, known for its high-quality espresso and friendly staff. The iced matcha is a standout, with the baristas happy to customize it to customers' preferences. The 8-ounce oat cappuccino is also a favorite, with a well-textured milk and balanced espresso.
The espresso martini is a highlight, served in a stemware glass with an elegant garnish. Customers appreciate the staff's attentiveness in explaining the ingredients and showing the bottles, especially for those with allergies. The longer hours compared to nearby coffee shops are also a plus for those seeking a late-afternoon caffeine fix.
While the staff is generally praised for their kindness and expertise in espresso, there have been a few instances of inconsistency. Some customers have reported issues with the availability of drip coffee or pastries, as well as a lack of vegan food options. The matcha preparation method has also been criticized as less than optimal for preserving the quality of the product.
Overall, BRASH Coffee is a go-to spot for many in the area, offering a solid coffee experience with a welcoming atmosphere and knowledgeable baristas.
