Café Bistro at Nordstrom is a delightful department store restaurant with tasty menu items and a limited beer and wine service. The food is really well flavored, with the Roma tomato soup, Toasted Cheese Crostini, Chicken and Goat Cheese Panini with Fries and Kalamata olive Aioli being phenomenal. The chocolate chip cookie, baked in house, is a great dessert, and the chili really stood out. Vegetarians will thrill, and there are gluten-free items. Wheelchair accessibility is easy. The service is wonderful and amazing, with everyone supremely kind, helpful, and attentive. However, some reviews note that service at the counter to order is hit or miss; one short, older white guy originally from NY is rude, short, and yelled at a customer. The rest of the employees are great. Be aware that an 18% tip is automatically added. The food took a while for one order. Overall, it is the best restaurant for lunch in the area, perfect for grabbing a bite while shopping.
