The coffee here is relatively good, especially for a hotel coffee shop, and it's price relatively well too. Currently here for MomoCon, and it's probably the cheapest and best coffee at the convention. The shop is cute. However the service is abysmal. I understand Hotel staff get sick of con goers, however rudeness is still unacceptable. The lady working look down her nose at me the entire time, and when I asked a question she dismissed me. However, some experiences may vary, as one customer found the chai tea latte to be flavorless and disappointing.
