Our ATL Inflight and Flt Ops management team wanted to do something to show our crews how much we appreciate the time they spend away from their families taking care of our customers, so we approached Charley's to see if they might be accommodate an order for their fantastic lemonades and tea. Customer service VERY friendly. Everyone in line was told to have a good day at pick up. Cashier was polite and funny. Really appreciate good customer service! Philly cheese steak and fries were hot and fresh.

Visited 10/20/2020This is my first time at this location. The food was decent, but not great. I wanted mushrooms and mayonnaise, but I guess they forgot it. But besides that, my family and I didn't want to walk back to have them remake it, due to us boarding. We may be back if we're flying out on this side of the airport. :-)
