Chick-fil-A is a wonderful place with a great staff. This busy location, across from Piedmont Hospital, has been remodeled with two drive-thru lanes for efficiency. The drive-thru is efficient, although it can be a little confusing compared to other locations, which makes sense given its city center spot. The food is of high quality, consistently tasting as good as any other Chick-fil-A, and prices are at least $3 less than McDonald's. The staff provides excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They are quick, pleasant, and clean, making this a good location for hospital workers and anyone looking to escape for a while. Overall, Chick-fil-A has perfected service at this location, and the staff deserves recognition for their efficiency.
