DCT is a great place, it has a buffet system and costs you around $20.There are all kinds of food starting from salad to main course to pizza and nachos, and of course desserts.They have a vegan section as well (and vegan desserts).If you are at campus, you should definitely go there to have some good food.Vegetarian options: There is a vegan section including desserts. There are also vegetarian options (vegan + dairy) in pizza and other sections.
Dinner and lunch service are great—nice variety of food from different cuisines. But breakfast is pretty bad—the same food is pushed out every day for the main entree: usually eggs, tater tots, and some very salty protein like bacon. It would be nice if there are more options available from different cuisines to make breakfast more healthy and good enough to eat every day. There is a rice bar, which is a good start.

For how many students, faculty, and staff they have to cater for, this isn’t actually that bad. Offers quite a wide variety of buffet options. Sure it’s not great, sure they overcook things, but if you think this is the worst food on Earth, and enjoy degrading the hardworking staff, sorry but I don’t really care about your opinion, because you probably grew up with a silver spoon in your mouth.
