The toco Hills location is amazing. The food is delicious. And equally important the staff are incredible. If you like delicious crisp pizza with friendly service. I cannot recommend this enough and they are huge supporters of our community. When you’re craving pizza, please call this Donatos. I want them to stay open forever.
Good luck receiving your order. If you try to call, forget it. Had to go physically to the store to beg for a refund. They blame door dash , but you can’t blame them for not answering your phone, which was then the call center’s fault! SMH 🤦 Not even so much as an apology ! #done
I have ordered delivery and pick up numerous times from this location. Today I ordered delivery and was connected with door dash. I had no information on our order when it was meant to be ready. I tried calling the store but no one answered. Door dash indicated they were working on the order.
