I'm giving it a 3 because the young lady at register 10:20 am never knows anything about the app and never seems to try to learn or get someone who does...Thank God another young lady stepped up who was very professional, friendly and knew the app...only because I said to the young lady well does anyone know when I asked for assistance and she told me she dont know and left it at that! Horrible customer service...smh!!!
I was visiting the Dunkin's for the first in the States and the overall experience was really good. I had my breakfast there. I ordered 1 multigrain cream cheese Bagel 🥯, 1 hash brown (u get 6 mini hashbrowns in it) and 1 hot chocolate with whipped cream. The order was ready in minutes. I liked all of them.
