The Elbow Room is a great little sports bar that offers a solid gastro pub menu, including a huge hot dog with onions, a fantastic burger, and a great pizza. The service for drinks is very fast, and the Cosmos are made right. The atmosphere is friendly, with padded seating giving it a high "tush factor." While the restaurant has evolved from its grittier past, it remains a good alternative to the snooty Buckhead village restaurants, with a menu that includes tasty onion rings and a popular pizza.
