I do not recommend this hotel, horrible stay!! Room keys stopped working, took the staff over 45 minutes to bring new ones up. (No apology given.) Housekeeping never came second day, room left dirty with no clean towels or new toiletries were never brought up. Elevators slow, many not working, had to go down myself to get new towels, and staff gave us small ones. Toiletries never brought up. We missed my wife's birthday dinner reservation because of delay to get into our own room...read full review
1) elavator shut off, eventually it came back on 2) hardly got proper room service, or fresh towels 3) pillows & covers had stains 4) old smoggy smell 5) $18 a day for parking 6) was given dirty towels THIS HOTEL NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED ASAP

Do not step foot in this nasty place. They should be closed down immediately. It is dirty. Let me explain - checked in, went to the room and the floor was nasty, the furniture is ratty and old, and it smelled like mildew. The hallway was nasty. The bathroom was nasty. The elevator was nasty. Ugh. I had no clue because hotels.com shows this wonderful view of downtown Atlanta and gorgeous hotel. All lies.
