Dear Insight,Although I Enjoy My Experience Last Time, It Wasn’t So Pleasant This Time On January 13. Once We Got Done With Our Activity, We Ask Quincy (Our Instructor) To Take A Group Photo Of My Friends & I. He Was Going Back & Forth With My Friend With An Attitude. My Thing Is You Wasted All That Time When You Coulda Just Took Our Picture. I Expect Good Customer Service From Beginning To End Especially When It Was An Automatic Tip Added To Our Total.
