First time eating JJ; online ordering was painless, delivery guy was nice, and the food ... oh the food is great!
Place locked up and shut down during normal business hours.
This place should just shutdown. The one employee there made my sandwich after showing her frustration that anyone dare come in and order anything. I could overheard her say over the phone that she wasn't supposed to be there today She then proceeded to leave the store and smoke outside with the unhoused. At least I got a sandwich that day. A/C was out of service as well as the soda fountain.
I gave it a second chance the next week and the doors were locked at 12 on a weekday.

Jimmy John's has friendly staff who are kind and remember regular orders. The workers are dedicated and often go above and beyond, even when busy. However, the restaurant can be unclean, with trash on the floors and no paper towels in the bathrooms. The food is okay but sometimes skimping on toppings, and the loud music makes conversation difficult. Despite this, the area around is lively with many people and live music.
