Jimmy John's is conveniently located next to an office, but some customers have had issues with a staff member who is hard of hearing. There have been complaints about receiving packets of sandwich ingredients separately and encountering mold in the bread. Despite these problems, the restaurant has made significant improvements in customer service and quality, bringing it up to the standards of other Jimmy John's locations.
