The lack of customer service from the drive-through person is a little discouraging being that the product is decent. I was greeted with “we are only taking cards“ I would prefer a good afternoon or good evening or how may I help you. The drive-through person seemed very rushed, when taking my order and didn’t offer any suggestions for upgrades or complements to the 12 dozen donuts ordered
Went by on a regular Saturday evening, saw a little line, but it wasn't too many cars ahead, figured 10 minutes wouldn't be too long...The interior area was open, but guests weren't allowed in.Continued to the Drive-In, waited 30 minutes stuck behind other patient guests and finally got to a point where I could get out. I'm certain the wait was over 45 minutes. They were serving a guest once every 5-7 minutes it seemed.I hear McDonald's is supposed to offer Krispy Kreme in the...read full review
