Honestly do not understand the negative reviews. This technically being a hotel restaurant and having the food as good as it is doesn’t make sense. EVERYTHING was. All the flavors were there. My boyfriend and I went here for Cinco de Mayo and a time was had!!!!! The margaritas are nice and strong and the food was delicious and authentic. Our server Natalia was super sweet even though she was busy, she made us feel welcome and acknowledged always. Don’t sleep on this spot!!! Definitely a must go.
The food was decent, but unfortunately, the service was a major letdown. Despite visiting on a quiet afternoon, it took 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our table. Additionally, the initial greeting felt quite unwelcoming and unprofessional. There seems to be a lack of attentiveness here even when the restaurant isn't busy.
