One morning I had a taste for a Caramel Frappe and a bacon, egg and cheese McGriddle. I placed a mobile order hoping that it would be ready when I arrived. When I arrived to the restaurant, it wasn't ready. No one greeted me when I entered the restaurant. One lady turns around and looks at me and looks away. This McDonald's is the BEST I have ever been to. I stop at a McDonald's Just about EVERY day to get my LG Caramel ice coffee. I didn't get the Coffee but I did get was Hot and Fresh. Great Customer service. Great team.

I want to believe my underwhelming experience was only a branch issue. Otherwise, I'd have to say McDonald's in the USA pales in comparison to it's Europe branches.I wanna type an entire essay on the lousy food, and the inattentive staff (they looked like 12 year olds), but I'll save it.
