Very intimate atmosphere and pristine service. The sushi counter was sanded down after each guest and soft to touch. Very unique. Highly recommend the caviar and the uni nigiri (a la carte). The dessert at the end was also delicious. Some reasons I could not give it a 5-star rating: the high price point for an Omakase service and the reservation windows being extremely limited and difficult to obtain. This is not a restaurant. It is an experience.Although I've done fine dining, I've never been to a Michelin star restaurant, and they did not disappoint. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Compared to Hayakawa, Mujo seems to have a bit more of a modern take. The ambience was moody and the restaurant was constantly buzzing with conversation and laughs. I loved the presentation, the staff, and the quality.
