“The young lady who answered the phone was so patient with me.. ordering pizza for the school during the holidays can be hectic. My daughter class will enjoy pizza right before the holidays thanks to Goddess…. I’ll never go to another location due to how the respect over the phone and in person is for me. Thanks so much“
“We (Collins Hill High School Band) had a Friday night football game at Westlake. The stadium ran out of food. I called Domino's to order 25 pizzas. They told me no without even thinking about it. I then called Papa Johns, and the lady said yes without question. Even asked me how fast I needed them. I said we are at your mercy. She said, "Oh, ok then, will40 minutes be ok. Yes, that works for me. So 80 band kids got fed because of them that night. THANK YOU PAPA JOHNS.“

“I had a horrible experience on 8/31 from the night shift, (sent me a pizza WITHOUT CHEESE and not cut properly) and it was hard to speak with someone on the following day 9/1 and on 9/2 I was able to get Ms.Daedae (manager) on the phone and she got me in order. I greatly appreciate her fixing my situation“
“I have ordered from this Papa John’s for years & everything always arrive piping hot & perfect. When DoorDash Drivers deliver, the items are always lukewarm & they frequently miss items, even a whole pizza… When I mentioned this to our DoorDash Driver, he directed me back to the store & didn’t take responsibility. I’ve seen the drivers pick up at other restaurants & they know what they’re picking up & they can choose to have an insulated bag to keep the food hot - if they choose to get one. In addition, I requested contactless delivery for a reason & they always call and want to hand the items to us personally. Maybe if I see it’s a DoorDash driver. I will skip ordering the next time… And delivery fee & tip was already paid.“
“Shirley gave amazing service. It took no time. I ordered on line in her presence due to some technical difficulties I was personally having on the app but her pro service killed the in in convenience so by default convenient. It'll be a lose for this location of she leaves and she in their with no coworkers. She really had the power of Maria y Jesus in there with her. I hope I see her again. I can't remember the last time I decided I want Papa John's but my return visit will be much sooner because of her. She deserves a pay raise. Thank you Shirley. You made my day.“
“I’ve always been a Papa John’s fan but the service I received tonight was exceptional. Robert, the store manager, called me personally to make sure I was updated on my order even though it was through a third party ordering system. Customer service is often over looked these days but not on Robert’s watch. Our food was delivered fresh in the specified time frame. Fantastic service and food from their team!“
“So, now this Location has a delivery driver and I can assure you he is dedicated to making sure your food gets to you in a timely manner. Some orders will still be delivered by door dash, but many orders will now be brought to you from a store employee in Papa John's commitment to providing better service.“
“The pizza here is great and I was told tasted well. Because of the founder's unfortunate views on The Plight of Black People in the The New World, I soured on eating at this merchant. (How does racism still exist in America and at the same time those same racist gaslight you to believe you have not been systematically targeted to not be as successful or 60+ years of "Affirmative Action" programs have corrected 310+ years discrimination based in melanin by Our Founding Fathers?)
Slowly, with the new changes and menu items by Shaquille O'Neal, I appreciate them more. I still only pick it up or eat if somebody else pays for it.

“ok so i ordered a pizza very late at night and they made it no problem but the doordash driver stole my pizza. i went to the store and the manager although no fault of theirs told me what most likely happened and offered to send me a pizza the next day. the next day the store called me to verify my order and to make sure i still wanted it delivered. the also added a soda at no extra charge for the inconvenience. i’m very impressed with the customer service and the kindest shown to me when they could’ve been really horrible. thank you so much for being great and giving fantastic service.“
“The pizza was good, the crust could have cooked a little longer. Maybe I will try well-done as the baking option next time. Went during lunch on the weekday and I was surprised at how fast my order was ready. The inside prep area was clean which made me feel good. I have no complaints and would order from here again.“
