My wife and I stop in a few times a week to grab simple and well-made breakfast sandwiches since we live nearby. My favorite is the #1 biscuit. The staff are always super kind and it's very clean. It's a solid, affordable way to start the day!
I work in Atlantic Station. Being able to walk 3 minutes to have a delicious bodega-style BEC for $5 is my favorite part of the morning. The staff is always super friendly, and the quality and pricing of food are consistent. If you want restaurant-quality eggs and bacon, you'll have to look outside of Atlantic Station and pay $17 after getting terrible service somewhere else in Midtown. I stand by Paris Bistro. Don't expect 5-star quality grits when it's $4 for a grit bowl.

i love paris bistro's tuna melt and chicken sald! yummy delicious and great portions and great prices for their food! and they accommodate. extra pickles or olives hot peppers no problem! Christina and mr young cooks Joyce handles the cashier. the only thing is Paris bistro is only open monday to friday until 2:30 pm. very friendly since i come there all the time i got to know them a restaurant that i can walk to!Parking: 2 hours free parking inside the parking garage.
