We stopped in because of a recommendation by a friend. We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 15, 13, and 10. Everyone found something they liked. We had an appetizer sampler, an oyster po boy, shrimp and grits, oysters, vegetable plate, and wings. The service was great. If ever in the area, I recommend it. On a Saturday for lunch, there was no wait.
I booked a space at Pearl for my birthday (my twin brother and I), and after a few calls back and forth, I was able to successfully secure the space. We had quite a few extra people in our party than expected, but I feel like the servers should have been a bit more accommodating and realized that we needed more than one server for the night. The food was soooo good here!! I ordered the salmon sliders with shrimp fried rice. My friend ordered the same dish but with macaroni & cheese . I had a taste of her macaroni & cheese and it was just as good as my food was. I was thoroughly impressed by how good the food was. The only complaints I have about the restaurant are the drinks.
