“Went in with low expectations because it’s hard to find good ramen inside Atlanta specially in a shopping mall. We were surprised. The server greeted us right away. The service is great. The menu is easy to navigate. The price is really inexpensive specially for lunch combo. The tea side is even better. The tea were not overly sweet, well balanced. The boba cooked to perfection. The aromas comes through subtly. Definitely worth revisiting. The rest of the staff were friendly and polite.“

“Hikaru is one of my favorite Ramen spots in the city. Their Tonkatsu broth is phenomenal and all the starters are great too. I haven’t had a thing there I didn’t thoroughly enjoy and the people are very kind.“

“For mall food this was good! We tried all the samples at the various places and decided Poke N Ramen was the most solid option that actually had some flavor to their food. Everything else tasted generic but they actually had a little flavor to their food!“

“Stopped by Momo Cafe inside Momonoki on my way to work. It had been a few years since my last visit, but I was blown away by the creative latte and pastry options available.
I love fun iced lattes and the Apple Pie latte was no exception. And the crème brûlée croissant? Took me right back to some of the pastries I had in Osaka!
The coffee and treats may not be the cheapest in the area, but they are high quality. The crème brûlée croissant was almost big enough to share, filled with cream and topped with torched custard. Perfection.
I’m already trying to convince my husband to come back with me on Friday. There’s no way I’m waiting years again until my next visit!“

“Came for the ramen, stayed for the vibes! I ordered the spicy veggie ramen and it was DELICIOUS. Impossibly creamy sesame broth, perfectly crisp grilled broccolini on top, FRESH noodles - and $5 Asahi on tap was the cherry on top. They also happened to be playing late 90s-early 2000s pop rock which made my heart as happy as my stomach. Service was excellent - friendly and caring, just the right amount of subtly checking on customers without hovering. Everything was also really clean and set up to be comfortable and welcoming. If I ever make it back to Atlanta, I'll return for more ramen!“

“The best meal I’ve had in Atlanta in a long time! The spring rolls were the best that I’ve ever had period. I built my own ramen, had the pork broth with pork belly protein and everything was seasoned perfectly. The owner gave great hospitality and service while juggling several orders. 10s across the board!“

“Barrio ATL is an entire VIBEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! I ended up here on a Thursday. I was in the Cascade area and in the mood for tacos. After a search on Yelp Barrio ATL popped up and was where we headed for the night. As a heads up, Barrio ATL sits in the corner of the strip plaza. As such, the parking can be a bit tight so be sure to choose a space accordingly. Upon walking in, the ambiance puts you in the mindset of a trendy hookah lounge. Wall seating, chairs, and tables are to the left, and a VIP area style is to the right. The DJ is directly to the left of the VIP area and the bar area is to the left of the DJ. The building is medium-sized and build rectangular so there is ample length as compared to the width. There was no one at the Hostess booth when I walked in, however, the young lady got up from one of the tables in the back, greeted me, and quickly took us to our table. Once seated, the waitress assigned to our table came over and was super nice and welcoming. She introduced herself as Shay and went over the specials for the night. As the ambiance is more than just a casual bar, Shay’s service was superior. Her personality shined and she enhanced the overall experience of the night. Thank you, Shay! Based on the specials for the night I decided to go with the 3 Chicken Birriia Tacos for $9 (this was a great deal as they are usually $20) and a side of fries. As they didn’t have Sweet Tea on the menu I ordered a bottle of water. Shout out to Barrio ATL for serving Fiji. Ha. Babeeeeeeeeee… Here me when I tell you… I don’t know what kind of potatoes these fries were made with but they were the BOMBBBBBBBB. They were thick, perfectly fried, golden to perfection, and well seasoned. For the record, I would go back for the fries alone. LoL! The birria tacos were good as well. As this was my first time having them I don’t have anything to compare them to, however, I enjoyed the experience. The crunchiness of the taco shell with the well-seasoned chicken. The birria consomé was well seasoned and definitely enhanced the flavor of the taco, as such, for my first birria experience I enjoyed it. Furthermore, if the chicken was this good, I can’t wait to try the beef. Overall Barrio ATL is def one to add to the checklist when you are looking for a vibe. The DJ was on point, the ambiance was hittin like it needed to be, and the overall flow of the environment was ideal for a kick it/unwind/grab a drink type of vibe.“
“Authentic Thai/lao food that can compete with my 2 favs, SriThai (Gwinnett) and OG Hot cafe. The prices are good as well and in Atlanta. I ordered yum woon sen and papaya salad. Spicy of course! This will definitely be my new go to and it is closer to me. I can’t wait to try other menu items.“

“We've been making our way through Halidom Food Hall and tonight's new try was Wasabi Sushi & Ramen. It did not disappoint! All the dishes were beautifully presented. Unfortunately, we dug in before remembering to take pics, so please take that into account.
First, the staff was very welcoming, helped explain and recommend items, and said please and thank you, which I appreciate. A+ for service.
I had the steak hibachi and it was delicious - packed with steak and loads of mixed veggies. Salty, savory, sweet, soy goodness! Hubby and son split some California rolls and a tuna poke bowl, all were excellent. My son mentioned that the tuna bowl was loaded with fish. We also had some gyozas dumplings and they were super yummy too.
As for the price, it's a food hall, so let's be honest, they are never cheap. But considering the food and service were excellent, and I supported a family run business in my community - it was worth it and I'll be back.
Highly recommend!“

“This place is always a stellar meal. The wait staff is cool and polite, the food is always amazing. I eat here frequently- the food is consistently good and high quality, which is a requirement for a sushi spot since they serve the raw fish. Yum, yum! Try the sushi burrito!“
