I recently visited Sahara Cafe for the first time and was immediately hooked. Imagine a chipotle-style build your own bowl/wrap, but with a Mediterranean and Middle Eastern fusion flair. The food is extremely fresh and flavorful, and you can taste the quality. The owner Ussain (not sure of the spelling I apologize!) was so friendly and really passionate about the food he makes! He took us through all the options and let us try the meat before deciding what we wanted. I got the chicken and falafel in a large bowl and both were delicious. This place is awesome and the food is delicious. I was there a couple of months ago before a concert and went back tonight (going to another concert) and the staff remembered me! That’s customer service right there! Highly recommend this place
