“One of the nicest smoothie kings I’ve been to. The staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. When I got in front, the rep was nice and friendly. Wasn’t too much of a wait time here. Although she was by herself, she was very efficient and got 3 of us in and out quickly.

“Perfect day for Smoothie King, it is incredibly hot outside, and something cool and refreshing is exactly what the doctor prescribed!
I have to say that it was incredibly hard to find this smoothie king! It is ducked off next to a wing stop, and it's almost hidden, luckily I ran into it. I'm not used to writing anything negative, and it bothers me that I have to, but as soon as I walked into the place, there was a pungent odor. It smelled like old mop water or something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but whenever somebody walked in, they made a comment about the smell. The place was really big, and it had seats for people who wanted to enjoy their treat indoors, I liked the way it was set up inside.
Service was really good. There was a young man who took my order that was quick and helped me pick the PB Delight that I ended up with. Then there was a young lady that made it for me. They were all very pleasant and attentive, making my experience a positive one.
The PB Delight was huge! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of pitaya base that came with my order. The fruit was fresh, and I enjoyed every bite. I have never had a smoothie bowl before today, I have been to Smoothie King a few times before, obviously for smoothies, but I definitely have a new go-to here now. I want to try a few of the other bowls, they have a lot of options. I'm excited to try them all!“

“I told myself I would NEVER return to this Smoothie King location due to past negative experiences. However, today I was in a rush before work and decided to give it another shot, hoping things had changed for the better in the months I'd been gone.

Today, I was instantly greeted by a young lady named Shan. She was incredibly welcoming, had a great attitude, and managed to get me in and out in under three minutes. This was definitely the positive experience I wish I had encountered in the past. I was even more surprised that she remembered me from a different location I frequent.
