“One of the best smoothie kings. I always order the same thing every time, I tried it at a few locations. This by far is the best location. The ingredients are always fresh, the customer service is great and there’s never a long wait. I love it here“

“This location has become a part of my morning routine. Good customer service isn't as easy to come by anymore but the staff at this location are always so pleasant. I especially want to give a shout out to Kadari. He ALWAYS greets customers with a Good Morning. He is personable and I have become such a regular that he greets me by name! He is attentive and offer suggestions. He highlights the new items and genuinely loves what he does. Every experience I've had at this location has always been positive. “Nykee was so professional and very humble. He was so patient with my 77 year old mom who did not know what to order and he asked her what type of fruits she enjoyed eating so he can recommend the right smoothie to make for her. He did such an amazing job and my mom loved her smoothie.. Nykee was very fun to talk to and made us want to just hang out at smoothie king and talk to him. “Came to grab a smoothie for lunch and the service was very pleasant. Pineapple Greek mango smoothie is delicious! There was a bit of a wait and to make up for that, they upsized our smoothies. That was appreciated! Been coming here for years but this was the most memorable experience. Thank you!“

“Perfect day for Smoothie King, it is incredibly hot outside, and something cool and refreshing is exactly what the doctor prescribed!
I have to say that it was incredibly hard to find this smoothie king! It is ducked off next to a wing stop, and it's almost hidden, luckily I ran into it. I'm not used to writing anything negative, and it bothers me that I have to, but as soon as I walked into the place, there was a pungent odor. It smelled like old mop water or something, I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but whenever somebody walked in, they made a comment about the smell. The place was really big, and it had seats for people who wanted to enjoy their treat indoors, I liked the way it was set up inside.
Service was really good. There was a young man who took my order that was quick and helped me pick the PB Delight that I ended up with. Then there was a young lady that made it for me. They were all very pleasant and attentive, making my experience a positive one.
The PB Delight was huge! I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of pitaya base that came with my order. The fruit was fresh, and I enjoyed every bite. I have never had a smoothie bowl before today, I have been to Smoothie King a few times before, obviously for smoothies, but I definitely have a new go-to here now. I want to try a few of the other bowls, they have a lot of options. I'm excited to try them all!“

“I ordered from the 60 lucky location thru the app but when I got there the whole store was closed at 630pm on a Friday evening. There was no way I could get a refund smh. I then came to this location and told the young lady name kariya what happened and she was nice enough to make me one without charging me again. That's good customer service!“

“I know many people may give a lower rating because it can be kind of slow. I went in there today and there was only one person working. However, the guy there is very sweet and calm, and even though he had like 10 people waiting on him, he was still very kind! If you have to be somewhere, like class, I would wait til after but def go!“

“Took my sister and brother in law to this location and they informed the smoothies tasted as if the fruit was old. So they exchanged the smoothies for another and unfortunately the same result. Not sure why the fruit taste way too ripe/old but unfortunately was not the best experience“

“I frequently visit Smoothie King, but I don't often go to this particular location since it's outside my usual area. Typically, if I encounter an issue at the Smoothie King on Ponce, I'll head to the nearest alternative.

On Sunday, July 28, I arrived at the Ponce location at 12:48 PM, only to be informed that they were only handling call-in orders at that time. I then drove to this location, where I found the store to be clean and welcoming, and my smoothie was made to perfection.

I've consistently had great experiences here, especially compared to the Ponce location, where I've been turned away due to either early closing or not opening on time as posted. Each time I've visited this location, even arriving as late as 30 minutes before closing, I've received excellent service.

The owner's hands-on approach is evident in the high level of service, which is reflected in the location's outstanding reviews. I hope this location continues to thrive.“
