I paid for a large drink, got my drink in a medium cup because the employee said it was going to “come up short”. No refund or compensation. 🤦♂️
I went to this location on September 4,2020
When I arrived I was the only customer
I placed my order and took a seat to wait.
While I waited a few people came in and placed their orders.
After about 15 minutes I watched them ( 4 )
in all seeming as if they were on top of each other. There was a male that was looking very confused ( heard them say he was new. )
I was asked at least 3 times what I had ordered??!

Based on the reviews, Smoothie King at the Old National location has delightful, personable long staffers who are very welcoming. The employees, including fast pace workers like Mckenna, are friendly and hospitable. The service is great, and customers leave with a smile. The smoothies are delicious, and the staff always discusses the store’s offerings and makes suggestions. Service has improved over the last several visits, with friendly staff and a short wait. One customer found a delicious alternative after their old favorite was discontinued and loved the message on the cup. The seating could be neater and cleaner, but the service makes up for it. Customers will definitely visit again.
