I often stay at the Doubletree where the Southern Grove is located. For hotel food this place is really good. It's actually good not considering it's in a hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. The atmosphere has a laid back feeling. Will definitely be back when I'm in town again.
The location of this hotel is very convenient, as it is close to major highways and commerce. This is an old hotel in need of an overhaul of rooms, mattresses and bathrooms. Skip the breakfast, poor quality and variety.

Not a huge fan of restaurants in hotels but I have to be honest the food was great. I had the fried chicken sandwich and also the smoked brisket and onion soup. Definitely would go back without a question.
