Spice House Midtown offers a nice ambiance with strong drinks and a friendly, warm atmosphere. Some customers found the oxtails small for the price, but they enjoyed the black rice and jerk chicken. The food was absolutely delicious, and many loved the snapper and rum punch, which was strong and tasty. The Oxtail Rasta pasta is perfect! There is a great selection at the bar with great bartenders, and the service from the manager, hostess, and server was amazing and courteous. Though there were a few requests for additional napkins and water refills, the overall experience was pleasant. Live music on Saturdays adds to the fun energy of the restaurant, especially during special events like Jamaican Independence Day. The Fisherman’s fried rice was also highlighted as so good, making it a place worth returning to, especially for game nights.
