“Place smells weird. Cant tell if its a mixture of all the ingredients & meats in the air or what. Other than that, the workers here are really nice & cool. They actually greet you & talk to you throughout the preparation of your food. Unlike other locations where they mindlessly move like robots & NPCs. Great staff. I come here often“
“This is the 2nd time I ordered online for pick up at this Subway & they charged my card twice plus they make it hard to get my money back. I call them. I visit them. I talk to my bank. At every turn I get the run around. The sandwich is good but stop double charging me. I want a refund immediately. My last resort is I will have to reach out to BBB or FTC.“

“Due to the crazy wait to get a Publix sub several months ago, we decided to settle on Subway. It was really good, made correctly and was tasty. We have been getting subway sandwiches instead of Publix for the last 4 months, order on the app and every time it has been perfect, made correctly and ready to go when we walk out of Publix. If someone had told me I would pick a subway sandwich over Publix, I would have called them crazy. Over the last year this particular Publix deli has gone downhill, sandwiches are made with tough bread, takes forever and even ordering ahead usually doesn't work. Glad to find a good option and IMO, the best subway I've eaten at in years.“

“Staff are very polite. Food is made very quickly after ordering in the app. Today the soda machine wasn’t working which was a little annoying. I can tell there probably a problem with homeless stealing and soliciting to customers but I’m sure the staff is as fed up as anyone and I don’t blame them.“

She made sure that she got clarity on each order and was very patient with a family of 6 in front of me that changed their order a couple times. I’m not sure if it is typically more than one employee but the traffic definitely warrants at least 2 people working. I commend her and hope she continues to be patient and the company gives her the help she needs. The cookies were tasty. The spinach had to be switched out to do being wilted but was replaced with fresh ones. Clean and stocked facility.“

“I visited this place on Saturday and when I got there it was clean, the meat counter was VERY CLEAN AND STOCKED. THE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT. The veggies and ingredients are lacking in freshnesss sometimes but I don't believe it's their fault as I'm finding the same in grocery stores. “I've ordered from here several times via the app (for takeout), and it's been generally great. Considering the customisability and veggie patty option, this is an okay option for vegetarians. There have been a few instances where my sub didn't include 1-2 of the veggies I wanted, but otherwise pretty solid.
Considering that this location has never given me issues with using the subway coupons, I think it's a good location.“

“This was actually the most cleanest subway I could find all day! They make my tuna fresh and ain't skimp on the scoops at all! The only reason I couldn't do 5 stars be because the tomatoes weren't fresh they looked soupy and it was a little warm in there. I like the new staff. Will definitely be back“
