“I have a very pleasant experience. The manager made a bomb sandwich for me. Another customer complained about something and even though it was ok he didn’t complain and redid her order. He came out himself and cleaned the common area.He was personable and pleasant to all customers.It was a really good experience and I would recommend.“

“Great customer service! This the cleanest Subway I’ve ever visited! Sitting in to eat is such a vibe the music, customer service just everything about this store is amazing. We are not living in the $5 footlong era people so of course prices are high but their service makes up for it all. Long as service A1 complaining about prices are weird especially being everything is so high now. Definitely recommend this location.“

“It was nice! We rolled in quite late but they were still very kind! I love food from subway a it's a much healthier alternative than what I usually eat! “i never write reviews but have to this time simply because Patrick is AMAZING!! I always place my order online and sometimes include specific instructions, and every sub i’ve had made by him has not only been exactly the way i wanted it, but also are just the best subway sandwiches i’ve had. It’s fast food so i don’t ever expect much, but Patrick actually cares about making a good sandwich and it’s greatly appreciated. “I got the pro #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki with provalone and added mozzarella cheese. IT WAS SO GOOD! I got lots of spinach instead of lettuce and also got cucumbers, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, green peppers, onions and black pepper. I know it doesn't sound like what you would normally do with teriyaki, but the flavors really work together. I got it all on Honey Oat bread. Everyone should try this!“

“It was a good experience and I enjoy the food, also nice and clean setup area. But the only issue I had with them was that the workers DON'T wear hairnets! God forbid hair drops in someone's food, that won't be good or sanitary.“

“I have been to this location a handful of times and have never had a problem. The bread is always baked perfectly. Great amount of veggies and meats. Its never sloppy. The person working was super kind. I ordered a spicy Italian, shredded jack cheese, light lettuce, onion, jalapeno, tomato, mayo and creamy Sriracha. Will be back!“

“This is by the main road, i went there for couple of times, it is a good store. People over there are nice and patient. The restrooms are nice there too. But the parking is not in a very good condition but it is fine for a 30min stop. “Due to the crazy wait to get a Publix sub several months ago, we decided to settle on Subway. It was really good, made correctly and was tasty. We have been getting subway sandwiches instead of Publix for the last 4 months, order on the app and every time it has been perfect, made correctly and ready to go when we walk out of Publix. If someone had told me I would pick a subway sandwich over Publix, I would have called them crazy. Over the last year this particular Publix deli has gone downhill, sandwiches are made with tough bread, takes forever and even ordering ahead usually doesn't work. Glad to find a good option and IMO, the best subway I've eaten at in years.“

“I walked in and I noticed The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere.The staff members were attentive and friendly throughout my visit, and they made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. “The young lady was working by herself and did a great job. She made sure that she got clarity on each order and was very patient with a family of 6 in front of me that changed their order a couple times. I’m not sure if it is typically more than one employee but the traffic definitely warrants at least 2 people working. I commend her and hope she continues to be patient and the company gives her the help she needs. The cookies were tasty. The spinach had to be switched out to do being wilted but was replaced with fresh ones. Clean and stocked facility.“

“I'm amazed at this small kiosk in the middle of a nearly abandoned Galleria shopping center. While attending Life University Seminars upstairs, decided to order on line, surprised and overjoyed that I will not have to drive somewhere for lunch! Not to pay for parking twice! Well, 100+ other attendees decided to have subway too. They quickly ran out of items, sending a runner for fresh items. I waited for the line to dwindle before approaching. Yes, they were out of spinach so we swaped for lettuce on my wrap. The gentleman very apologetic. Assuring me that if he were aware of such a large seminar that did not cater food, he would have been better prepared. & They were indeed! Extra staff and fully stocked toppings. For the remaining 2 days of the seminar.“

“My mom said hi in spanish bc she looked Hispanic and that person ignore us and didn’t say hi or hello so it took like 2 or 3 mins to sevre us and then she was telling me what i want and then when we were payin in spanish that person said oh we dont accept 50 or 100 dollar bills . And my mom said in spanish oh i said hi in spanish and you didn’t respond back to me and then she stayed quiet“

“I have come to this location several times and the customer service has always been phenomenal! Yes there are language barriers but non verbals go along way on BOTH ends. The veggies and ingredients are lacking in freshnesss sometimes but I don't believe it's their fault as I'm finding the same in grocery stores. Still, I have never gotten sick from any of their sandwiches. Regardless, it's the people that work here that keep me coming back!!“

“I visited this place on Saturday and when I got there it was clean, the meat counter was VERY CLEAN AND STOCKED. THE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT. “It’s odd to me that I’m leaving a review for a subway but here I am. It deserved the 5 stars. We weren’t sure about the area because the gas station across the street was so horrendous, but when we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. I order a 6 inch on wheat bread with all of the fixings etc. It was during the 12 o’clock lunch hour and although there were quite a few of us in line, they kept the line moving and provided cool customer service. I even went back for a drink refill. I didn’t give them a 5 star because no one actually made eye contact with me, they were talking at me but not to me.. but maybe because they were so busy.“

“First time visit and honestly the food and service at this place is not bad it doesn’t FEEL dirty but the second I walk in I had to swat 2 fruit flies. Waiting in line, 2 more fruit flies. And the worst part is as I’m trying to eat my food I notice dead fruit flies on the table as I’m swatting at least 6 fruit flies from landing on my hands, face, and food. I was carefully taking bites of my food because of how many I was seeing I was scared I’d eat one. It completely ruined my meal and I wouldn’t be surprised if I became sick later. This is me being as respectful as possible because I know how people can be in this city PLEASE do something about the fruit flies. It turned me off of Subway for a while.“

“Staff are very polite. Food is made very quickly after ordering in the app. Today the soda machine wasn’t working which was a little annoying. I can tell there probably a problem with homeless stealing and soliciting to customers but I’m sure the staff is as fed up as anyone and I don’t blame them.“

“This was actually the most cleanest subway I could find all day! They make my tuna fresh and ain't skimp on the scoops at all! The only reason I couldn't do 5 stars be because the tomatoes weren't fresh they looked soupy and it was a little warm in there. I like the new staff. Will definitely be back“
