The staff does not like to wash their hands EVEN WHEN ASKED BY A CUSTOMER! The male employee came from the back of the store carrying beverages. He sat the beverages down then proceeded to put on gloves and ask me what I would like to order. I asked the gentlemen nicely if he would mind washing his hands. Nice store. Clean simple and efficient friendly employee. Sometime hard to get a parking space they are all metered and If you are lucky to find one maybe you will walk a good distance. ??

Wow, this was a bad experience. Ordered online. Got my monster sub with no meat.My wife's Turkey sub had no turkey..and was covered with so much onion it was inedible...even when she ordered no onion. Place the replacement order. Comes with everything on it..even when I didn't order onions or peppers. My wife's was fine miraculously. I get working here is hard for people who can't read or make sandwiches, but this is embarrassing for the company.
