I received more than I expected from a sandwich shop. I was welcomed right from the moment I walked in the door.
they declined to take my coupons after ring up after they said they take coupons n i had to pay full price plus the sandwich wasn't that good and the bread was extremely hard and I didn't even get it toasted

and he immediately said hi and was smiling through his mask. He made my sandwich exactly how I asked him to. His tone was pleasant the entire time. I appreciate the small things.
The other gentleman was pleasant as well. He fixed my sandwich last night. I was so tired when he asked me what size I wanted and I said I wanted a 6 foot sandwich. We all laughed. Thanks guys!! I will be back for my tuna sandwich on Tuesday.
