I would leave 0 stars if I could. I confirmed with sundial’s employee over the phone that I wouldn’t be charged for the cancellation since I could not get ahold of someone on the phone the day prior and if the charge was processed, to call back and a manager would refund the charge. I could not reach anyone on the phone again the morning after the reservation when at 10 pm the night prior they charged my card. My date and I visited The Sun Dial this past Thursday evening, and we had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Our server, whose name I believe was Michael, was incredible! He was well-spoken, sociable, and attentive.
