The Bite of Korea offers delicious food, including standout dumplings and dishes like bulgogi quesadilla, gochujang chicken rice bowl, and lunch pork box. The sodduk skewers and creamy onion KFC are must-tries, along with the kimchi jjigae (with the LA galbi combo) for cold days. The soy sauce that comes with the beef dumplings is mouthwateringly good, and the Korean Fried Chicken dosirak comes highly recommended. The plum wine remains a favorite. The staff, like Vinny and Dana, is kind, knowledgeable, and attentive, creating a pleasant environment. The spicy pork is another flavorful highlight. The QR code feature in the menu booklet is a nice touch, and the prices are great. More meat options on the menu would still be welcome. The food and atmosphere are an overall 10/10—low-key, affordable, and packed with flavor.
