My family and I visited this Jersey Mike's, and we had a wonderful experience. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, which immediately made us feel welcome.
There were nine of us, so we had a fairly large order. The two employees were incredibly patient, gave us plenty of time to decide, and were friendly and kind throughout the entire process. Their customer service was outstanding!

Upon entering the establishment to order a sub, the employee informed me that they were currently out of bread. I was informed that the bread would be prepared within 30 minutes. I proceeded to wait and returned to the establishment, only to be informed by another employee that they were still out of bread.
