Brassica is the brasserie-inspired flagship restaurant inside of Waldorf Astoria with a southern twist, focusing on local, seasonal ingredients. High Tea is a must-try experience, served every Saturday and Sunday. The Bavaria cocktail at the bar is a rum-forward delight. The Buckhead tea offers a selection of sandwiches, sweets, a scone, and sparkling wine. The ambiance in the Solarium with a harpist is lovely, despite ongoing renovations. The tea, sandwiches, and sweets are delicious, with favorites like the smoked salmon sandwich and pecan eclair. The servers, Jenna and Cailey, provide excellent recommendations and a fun atmosphere. A special mention to Margaret for her exceptional service. A return visit for the regular menu is on the cards after a delightful dining experience.
