I have stayed at this property many times in the past, and while I’ve always left a little more disappointed each time, this most recent stay has pushed me past my limit. The level of negligence, filth, and overall disregard for basic hospitality is absolutely unacceptable.

I recommend the delicious and amazing food and drinks. The chef prepared dishes for every dietary need. I loved the variety and selection of some amazing food! Hats off to the Chef!! I also recommend enjoying the food & drinks on the Rooftop with the Live Music entertainment….great view and a relaxing ambience. I highly recommend you visiting Kimpton Overland Hotel, I promise it won’t be your last!!!
We showed up 30 minutes early (4pm check in) and were told our room wasn’t ready. No big deal they said they’d text when it was ready…. At 4:45 I went up to the desk and asked what was up… “oh let me get your room here’s your key” what I reserved was a king suite with track view for $279.25.
