Zéphyr Southern Brasserie is the restaurant inside the five star Hotel Phoenix in Atlanta, offering an elevated take on classic Southern cooking. I ordered the saffron risotto with globe artichoke, semi dried tomato, and pine nuts, smooth and genuinely enjoyable. The tuna tartare, with cucumber and aioli, was excellent as well, though portions overall ran on the smaller side.

Fahtima is wonderful - My clients and I were fortunate to have Fahtima take care of the three of us today!
Enjoyed a great dinner at Zephyr. The space has an amazing energy, the food was delicious, and the cocktails were a standout. Service was warm and attentive without feeling overly formal. Already looking forward to going back.
