My family and I are from Ohio and wanted some southern soul food. We located Zion Delight Southern Cuisine and to sum it up in one word: EXCELLENT!! We were greeted with big smiles and friendliness. This is maybe the best soul food I've had in my entire life. It's for sure the best collards, cause these collards know how to embrace and work with the bitterness rather than just fight it.The oxtail was fantastic and the portion was big enough that I had to pace myself. The ribs were absolutely fantastic, and as a girl with a lot of Memphis BBQ in her blood, that's saying a lot.
