My husband is a veteran… proudly! But only carries a VA ID. When he asked about a military discount, we learned it is only available for active duty, retirees, or 100% disabled veterans. While we absolutely respect that every business has the right to set their own policies, I could tell it left him feeling a little overlooked.
He doesn’t often speak up about his service, but moments like this remind me how much a simple thank you can mean to those who have served....read full review
