Chipotle Mexican Grill in Augusta

“I didnt catch his name but tall African American dude behind the counter with the black hair and full beard, very friendly. Excellent customer service, he clearly likes his job and is great with people. This guy was above and beyond what you usually get when going to chipotle or any other equivalent dining establishment. This matters and does make a difference because I will not go somewhere due to staff however I’ll be back here just because of my initial interaction. Sorry I didn’t get his name but he’s not mistakable. Working at 12:22 on Thursday June 18th.“

“As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 10 plus year, I'd like to say I'm able to spot good customer service. I'd like to take the time to shoutout two employees who stood out to me, Helder and Nigel. These guys made my day. Nigel was very attentive in preparing my order, he made sure that I was very satisfied with both meals. He had a friendly attitude and not once made me feel rushed during my order. Elder was at the register and also had a very pleasant demeanor. In the fast food industry it's not hard to run across employees who have bad attitudes and you can definitely tell they aren't happy being there. Elder was the complete opposite. Overall my visit there was great. Sidenote get this store better AC. The weather outside of the restaurant is hot enough. The inside doesn't need to match. Thank you again Elder and Nigel for making my experience exceptional.“
