“As someone who has worked in the customer service field for 10 plus year, I'd like to say I'm able to spot good customer service. I'd like to take the time to shoutout two employees who stood out to me, Helder and Nigel. These guys made my day. Nigel was very attentive in preparing my order, he made sure that I was very satisfied with both meals. He had a friendly attitude and not once made me feel rushed during my order. Elder was at the register and also had a very pleasant demeanor. In the fast food industry it's not hard to run across employees who have bad attitudes and you can definitely tell they aren't happy being there. Elder was the complete opposite. Overall my visit there was great. Sidenote get this store better AC. The weather outside of the restaurant is hot enough. The inside doesn't need to match. Thank you again Elder and Nigel for making my experience exceptional.“
“Top notch service! The manager really impressed me by not giving me the bottom of the barrel of rice. She could have easily done but instead switched it out for fresh rice. She was so kind and friendly. The building was exceptionally clean. Service was fast! The food was AMAZING!!! We will be back!“
