She catered a dinner tonight that we attended and everything she made was amazing! And more than that it was all local food. We had tenderloin, rice pilaf, brussel sprouts and apple/cranberry cobbler. Y’all….this lady knows what she is doing! I highly recommend getting in contact with her for your catering events. I had an amazing experience today. I had the BBQ chicken, The Big Back Brisket Royal (top tier brisket) and also a Brisket Sandwich. I loved how the sauce came on the side so you can put to your liking. The sides I got were Mac and cheese, collard greens, and potato salad. The Mac and cheese and collard greens didn't even make it home....to good. Everything was amazing and 10/10 recommend. I will definitely be back for Wing Wednesday and Fish Fry Friday.
