“I live in Washington DC and wanted to send a cake to a loved one in Mabelton GA. I thought I could just pick up the phone and call any bakery in the local area. I was surprised to find out a lot of the bakery shops would not take direct requests with a 48 hour request. They either said sorry we can't do it or go through Uber eats or instacart it was a cake that needed to be personalized. But luckily I called Chely she took my call and took care of my order. Made a beautiful cake and had it delivered. It was so smooth and it was a beautiful surprise for my cousin to have a cake delivered on his birthday. “I want to give a BIG shout out to your employee Miracle! On Friday, 6/24/22, I came in to pick up a cake I had ordered for a baby shower and the parking lot was taped off in front of the store due to the asphalt being dug up. Well, I had to park a little away, which I have a hard time walking. When talking to Miracle I mentioned about carrying the cake a little far and she offered for me to pull to the back of the store which was wonderful. But, then she said she would just carry it to my car for me!! I wasn’t expecting her to carry it for me but she definitely went above and beyond and gave wonderful customer service!!“
