I was given the incorrect order at mobile drive thru. I realized as I was pulling out and explained that it wasn’t my order, and was told this was all they had at closing time and in order to receive a refund I’d need to call a 1800#.
I was never given a heads up that the location was out of certain ingredients.
I then asked to speak to the manager to explain how giving me whatever was “left” was awful — lacks personal integrity and just common decency....read full review
There's literally every time I come here. You either can't order online because their system is down for 3 weeks, or you have to order online just to sit in the Chipotle lane for 45 minutes. And now you sit in the lane for 20 minutes just for them to tell you they're behind so you'll have to wait 40 minutes for your order.
