I've normally enjoyed this place, but the quality and portion seem a bit off. Shepherds pie was in a tiny Styrofoam container at $20, the cauliflower has the buffalo sauce pooled to the side of the container, instead of tossed or in a ramekin.
Also missing ranch.
I expected it to be cold, so no worries there.
5 Star atmosphere because it's not relevant.

The place was good. The food was good but be careful with the parking. We parked out next to the restaurant and our car was hit and someone drove off.
Relaxed atmosphere. Good food. Multiple dart boards upstairs in the special events area, with a full bar. Great place.

Walked in around 6 on Thursday. Sign says - wait to be seated , it applies to the bar and patio too. Waited for 3 minutes and left, since nobody was to seat us, nor anybody was behind the bar...

Food was fresh and quite tasty, service was fine, but for $20 I would have expected the portion of meat on the steak sandwich to be close to the size of the bun. This is pretty pathetic!

Not as British as the name might suggest. There are a few British dishes including, Shepard’s pie, bangers and mash and fish and chips. This is more of a sports bar with many TVs a nice bar and outdoor seating. Nice atmosphere, but overall not outstanding enough for a 5 star rating.

I don’t get here much and I like the place and really killer staff. Nice folks.
That being said… I ordered the Ruben and it came out fast and hot, but mostly Bread. Not much meat and for $16. Didn’t even seem like house made corned beef like the menu said. I could be mistaken, but that’s what it looked like to me. LOTS of sauce and cheese on very greasy toasted bread. Was pretty disappointed. I’ll just not get that sandwich next time.
I’ve had the food here before and it usually hits the mark.

Been coming here for years and has gotten progressively worse over time. Probably my last time here. Prices keep going up and service keeps getting worse.
Over priced mediocre food, poor service.

The stratford breakfast was excellent, the bacon was good and crispy. My husband got the Bangor and said it's the best he's ever had. Very excellent service, they were very attentive.

Stopped in for brunch, and was beyond disappointed. The tables were actually sticky!
The place was still quite empty, so it’s not like the wait staff were overwhelmed with orders. I told them that I was vegetarian, and ordered the breakfast burrito. Other than eggs, it was supposed to just have veggies! I had a big piece of meat in mine. When this was brought to the attention of the wait staff, they shrugged it off and blamed the kitchen, and “magnanimously” gave a discount of $2!!
There was no sour cream or salsa, just a few chopped pieces of tomato, as described in the menu.
