“As usual, the food was delicious. The poor rating for service was due to the associate taking drive-thru orders one after another after another while ignoring the customers standing right in her face. I even asked, "Are you going to take our order?" She continued to ignore us and kept taking drive-thru orders. This is NOT quality customer service.“
